Everyone knows a REALTOR®, but not everyone knows an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate® – I am both!

As both a REALTOR® and Accredited Consultant in Real Estate® in Calgary, I have the skills and opportunity to work with clients in a truly unique way. I understand that clients have a lot of real estate needs that are beyond the scope of the traditional commission-based sales and service model. Perhaps you aren’t interested in buying or selling, but need information regarding the real estate market in Calgary, or about your property or community in particular. Or, perhaps you don’t know when to buy or sell…or whether you should stay put!

As a licensed real estate agent and real estate consultant in Calgary, I have the skills and take the time to truly understand your real estate needs and help you define and achieve your goals – which may or may not involve a real estate transaction at this time.

This innovative business model ensures my clients can choose the compensation and service options that best suit their needs, and in doing so, know that they are making the right decision. My commitment to you is to bring unbiased information and advice, and to solely work in your best interest, while striving for truly beautiful results.

Services

In addition to offering traditional real estate transaction services, including buying and selling real estate, I also offer a number of consulting services through my accreditation as a Real Estate Consultant in Calgary. These services include providing information and advice to make decisions that may or may not involve a purchase or sale, such as relocation and renovation consulting or determining the value of a potential remodel and its impact on the value of your property (see my Renovation Guide  for more information on this).
